Undergraduate Program

Texas A&M University Texarkana offers a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology.  Each degree in psychology is designed to provide students with the fundamental curriculum requirements to pursue graduate study in psychology, as well as in other professional fields, such as human services, community relations and research.  Both th B.S. and B.A. degrees require a total of 120 SCH, 42 of which are obtained in psychology. The distinction between the B.S. and B.A. degrees lie in the student's general education requirements.  See the general catalog for additional details.
