Applicants for faculty positions who hold credentials that do not conform to the standard U.S. transcript format must provide a course-by-course evaluation of credentials by the World Evaluation Services (WES) or another organization approved by the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services as a component of their completed application packet. The transcript and other academic records must be accompanied by a notarized translation if they are not in English. The cost of this service must be paid by the applicant.

ACADEMIC AFFAIRS DIVISION
Associate Provost’s Office - provide assistance and support to the office of the Provost and Vice-President for Academic Affairs.
Office of Graduate Studies and Research - facilitates successful graduate education and application to professional studies programs (law school, medical school, physical therapy schools, etc.) and research opportunities for students and faculty.
Student Success - promotes student success by providing academic support services (such as advising, tutoring, and supplemental instruction) to A&M-Texarkana students.
Student Affairs - broadens student horizons through a variety of organizations, activities and events, creating a comprehensive university experience.
College of Education and Arts & Sciences - prepares lifelong learners who embrace diversity, think critically, communicate clearly, and lead effectively in a global society.
College of Business - provides an exceptional educational experience in preparing students for successful careers in accounting, management, marketing, finance, management information systems, and general business.
College of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics - provide programs of excellence that enhance the quality of life and economic health of the region, the state, and beyond.
University Library and Information Literacy - preserves and provides access to information resources in both traditional and evolving technology formats.
International Studies Office - provide global, international experiences for A&M Texarkana students and faculty by offering opportunities for student exchange and study abroad programs, faculty exchange and collaborative research, and increased partnerships with international institutions.
