Name of institution: Secretary of Foreign Affairs/ Secretaria de Relaciones Exteriores (Mexico). General statement of purpose(s) of partnership: Offer English as a Second Language Program to students from the University of Guadalajara under Proyecta 2014 agreement on behalf of the government of Mexico, the US Mexico Bilateral Forum on Higher Education Innovation and Research (FOBESII).  Date of agreement: October 2014.
