The purpose of the Financial Aid office is to:
- provide assistance to students who are applying for “merit-based” aid in addition to “need-based” aid.
- certify Veterans for educational benefits
Be sure to monitor the website for priority deadlines for the Fall and/or Spring semesters.
Need-based aid is awarded to you if you complete all requirements by the priority deadline.
If you do not meet this deadline, you will be awarded aid as your file is completed, and monies are available.
*Additional documentation may be required. If so, students will be notified of these requirements through student Ace mail.
When your file is complete, an award letter will be mailed to you. Your award may also be viewed on Web for Students.
If you are awarded a Federal Loan, you must "accept" or "decline" your loan on Web for Students and may need to complete Entrance Loan Counseling and a Master Promissory Note (MPN). Instructions will be included with your award letter.
If enrollment plans change, students must notify our office.
