Senior, Mass Communication Major, Business Minor

Fresno, California

Being a transfer student from Fresno, California, I had plenty of opportunities for continuing my education at a four-year university, except for one that really stood out to me, and that was the opportunity to be a part of history at Texas A&M University-Texarkana. Being a member of the first women's soccer team at A&M-Texarkana gave me the opportunity to grow as a student-athlete. While pursuing my passion through soccer, I have also been preparing for my future inside and outside of the classroom.

Being a student-athlete at A&M-Texarkana is a privilege. Attending this university gave me the resources and opportunities I need to become successful on the field and in the classroom. A&M-Texarkana became a second home to me and I now have unforgettable relationships with my teammates and unforgettable memories of being a student-athlete at Texas A&M University-Texarkana. I am currently pursuing a degree in Mass Communication with a minor in Business. I will be graduating May 2017 and I plan on going into the sports industry with marketing or advertising. Thanks to Texas A&M University-Texarkana, I know I will have the experience and connections I need to pursue my dreams in sports.
