A photo and quote from Brady Dabenport - Principal at Marta and Josh Morriss Mathematics & Engineering Elementary School. “We, as administrators, have an enormous amount of influence on so many lives . . . influence that can be used for good or otherwise. Our words weigh a thousand pounds, and our actions will have a lasting impact on those around us. We must never take this for granted.” A photo and quote from Kassie Watson - Principal at Waskom High School. "Effective leaders lead with both their head and their heart. The head allows you to move into action while the heart allows you to lead with conviction. Together, the head and heart provide a check and balance enabling you to lead with purpose."

A photo and quote from Elodia Witterstaetter. My favorite quote is by educator Jon Acuff, "You need to forgive yourself. You need to give yourself grace. You need to give yourself time. And you might need to do that a thousand times before you believe it's true."  A photo and quote from Patricia Nash- Walker, the Assistant Principal of Curriculum & Instruction - New Boston Elementary. "The craft of leadership is to call others into authority with you. As leaders, it is paramount to inspire and influence others towards action. As quoted by Tom Peters, 'Leaders don't create more followers, they create more leaders.'”
