If you have enrolled in EagleID Password Self-Service, please navigate to that page and click the Reset Password link to reset your own password.
If you have not enrolled in EagleID Password Self-Service, or have forgotten the answers to your security questions, please contact the IT Service Desk at 903-334-6603 for assistance.
The IT Service Desk hours are
- Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 p.m.
- Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
We are not able to reset passwords by email.
