Who We Are
Mission and Goals
To expand the contributions of humanities scholarship to our institution, community, and regions, the Red River Innovation Lab for the Humanities offers an engaging space to foster collaboration among faculty scholars, students, librarians, and practitioners for the exploration and advancement of innovative research in the humanities.
To accomplish our mission, the goals of the RRILH are to:
- Improve campus and community awareness of digital humanities research and its benefits to our students, our institution, our community, and our world;
- Provide space, resources, and equipment to support student, faculty, and practitioners engaged in digital humanities research and projects;
- To improve opportunities for student-to-student, faculty-student, and campus-community collaborations in digital humanities research and projects; and
- To create and/or showcase digital humanities projects created by members of our campus and community.
