Dr. Burzynski is an Associate Professor of English at Texas A&M University-Texarkana. His research and publications investigate access issues, organized labor rhetoric, and the intersection of sustainability and composition studies. Dr. Burzynski is originally from Western New York, and he now calls Texarkana home with his wife, children, and several dogs and cats.
Dr. Burzynski joined A&M-Texarkana in 2016. Before completing his Ph.D., Dr. Burzynski directed and taught in a college education program at a correctional institution in London, Ohio, and he served as an AmeriCorps*VISTA at The Ohio State University’s Service-Learning Initiative.
Dr. Burzynski teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in writing and rhetoric application, history, and theory.
