FAFSA Workshops

It’s FAFSA time again! As many of you are aware, the federal priority deadline of April 1 is fast approaching for 13-14 aid year. To help with any questions that the parents or students have, the Financial Aid Office is hosting FAFSA Tuesdays starting tonight until the end of March to ease the burden of filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Financial Aid staff will be on hand to help with any income or tax related questions, or FAFSA renewal questions. Prospective and current students are welcome as well as parents. Attached is a flyer.
 
What is FAFSA Tuesday?
An opportunity to speak with a financial aid specialist about any questions or have them help you fill out the FAFSA.

What time does it start?
5pm to 7pm. It is a come and go opportunity. No appointments necessary
 
What do I need to bring?
Copy of your 2012 Tax Return
If you are not required to file taxes, then any income information you have such as SSI benefits, unemployment benefits, royalties, etc.
Any child support received or paid
Any food stamps received
FAFSA login, password and PIN if you are filling out your renewal.
