University of Texas Assistant Professor of Education Administration, Dr. Richard J. Reddick speaks as the keynote speaker during the Black History Month Celebration at Texas A&M University-Texarkana Thursday afternoon. The event was sponsored by A&M-Texarkana and the university’s Multicultural Association. Dr. Reddick’s speech entitled, “Life of Barbara Smith Conrad,” focused on the awareness and appreciation of one of East Texas’ most influential African Americans.
