Texas A&M University-Texarkana Announces ‘Under the Lights’ Baseball Camps

Texas A&M University-Texarkana will sponsor a series of two-week “Under the Lights” baseball camps this fall for students in the fifth through the 12th grades.
Pitching/defense camps are set for Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-9 p.m. Sept. 29-Oct. 8 and Oct. 27-Nov. 5.
Offensive camps are set for Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6-8 p.m. Oct. 12-Oct. 23 and Nov. 30-Dec. 11.
“Our vision is to create an atmosphere and environment for all players to learn and develop their natural baseball abilities,” said Michael Galvan, director of athletics at A&M-Texarkana. “We want to help each player reach their maximum baseball potential through hard work, dedication and knowledge of the game.”
Cost is $100 per camper per camp. Registration fees are non-refundable; however, refunds will be made in the event of inclement weather.
