Texas A&M University-Texarkana will present its first Honors Colloquium of the fall 2015 semester on Thursday, Oct. 1, at noon in University Center 217.
Dr. Marty Harris, professor of special Education, will present on “Diversity and Labeling: What Shall We Call Them?”
Refreshments will be provided.
The Honors Colloquia are a series of scholarly talks and presentations offered throughout the academic year.
They provide a venue for Honors students and faculty to present their research.
The Honors program also brings speakers to campus from outside the university community.
