Hatch Camp 2016 to Welcome New Freshmen to Campus

New students at Texas A&M University-Texarkana will be welcomed to campus this fall at Hatch Camp 2016, which promises to be an “eggciting” new first-year experience program for incoming Eagles.

Thursday, Aug. 18
- Freshman Move-In, 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m., Bringle Lake Village
- Bringle Lake Village Freshman Resident Meeting 6-7 p.m., Eagle Hall, University Center
- Bringle Lake Village Movie Night featuring “Warcraft,” 8 p.m., Bringle Lake Village Courtyard
Friday, Aug. 19
- Mini-General SOAR Session (for students that were unable to attend a regular summer SOAR), 8:30-11:30 a.m., Eagle Hall, University Center
- Hatch Camp Check-in Opens, 11-11:30 a.m., University Center
- Hatch Camp Kickoff and Welcome, 11:30-11:45 a.m., Eagle Hall, University Center
- Calling all Eagles!, 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Eagle Hall, University Center
- Lunch, 12:30-1:30 p.m., Eagle Café, University Center
