‘Fall Writing for Fun’ Workshop for Young Writers is Oct. 22

The East Texas Writing Project and Texarkana Museums System will present “Fall Writing for Fun” for fourth- and fifth-grade writers on Saturday, Oct. 22, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the historic P.J. Ahern Home at 403 Laurel St. in downtown Texarkana, Arkansas.
The creative writing workshop will provide learning strategies for better writing with poetry and ghost stories. It will include guided writing with Daina Land, a certified English teacher and consultant.
Cost is $10. Snacks and materials will be provided. Space is limited.
