About Chef Jason Dady
Chef Jason Dady is one of Texas’ most recognized culinary entrepreneurs, known for combining elevated cuisine with approachable Texas hospitality. Through the Jason Dady Restaurant Group, he has created a diverse portfolio of acclaimed restaurant concepts, including Tre Trattoria, Two Bros. BBQ Market, Range, Roca & Martillo, Tre Pizzeria, Mexico Ceaty, and Umai Mi.
A familiar face on national television, Chef Dady has appeared on Iron Chef Gauntlet, Beat Bobby Flay, Man Fire Food, Eat Street, Delicious Destinations with Andrew Zimmern, and The Today Show.He is a James Beard Award semifinalist and has served as a James Beard Foundation Guest Chef in New York City.
His work has earned numerous honors, including Best Chef in San Antonio from both San Antonio Magazine and the San Antonio Current, while Two Bros. BBQ Market was recognized by Texas Monthly as one of the Top 50 Barbecue Joints in the World.
Women for A&M-Texarkana is a dynamic group of individuals working to enhance the economic development, cultural enrichment and funding initiatives for scholarships and degree programs at A&M-Texarkana. Membership provides you with the opportunity to connect with strong leaders and support the mission and vision of A&M-Texarkana.
Our Mission:
To support and promote the many ways Texas A&M University-Texarkana enhances life in Northeast Texas and Southwest Arkansas.
Our Goals:
- To educate Northeast Texas and Southwest Arkansas on the importance of the Texas A&M University-Texarkana campus
- To focus on education, economic development and stability, population growth and cultural enrichment
- To host events to raise funds for scholarships and program development
- To demonstrate support of the Texas A&M University System
