Rules and Procedures
Texas A&M University-Texarkana (TAMUT) rules and procedures supplement Texas A&M University System (System) policies and regulations and are established by the President under the following conditions:
- when required by a policy or regulation;
- when directed by the board chair or chancellor; or
- for matters unique to TAMUT.
TAMUT Rules and Procedures must be reviewed in conjunction with related System Policies and Regulations.

A&M-Texarkana rules and procedures document established processes to maintain compliance with federal, state and local laws, system policies and regulations and A&M-Texarkana standards. Not all topics are addressed in these rules and procedures and A&M-Texarkana may rely solely on a Texas A&M System Policy or Regulation for guidance.
