2024 Brand Updates: We're excited to announce that Texas A&M University-Texarkana is now in the early stages of a brand identity refresh. You'll see some changes to University colors and much more. Learn more about what's changed and how it may affect you.

A&M-Texarkana's Marketing Office operates under University Advancement and oversees all official University marketing strategies and campaigns, brand management, licensing, and more. Our office supports A&M-Texarkana’s mission and strategic goals and is committed to creatively aligning resources to support enrollment initiatives. Additionally, we specialize in advertisement placement, photography, video production, graphic design, web publishing, copywriting, publications, collateral, and branding. Our goal is to promote the University and invite potential students to experience all the amazing benefits of choosing A&M-Texarkana to achieve their academic goals.

What We Do

The Marketing Office specializes in creating compelling content and executing campaigns aimed at engaging external audiences, such as prospective students, alumni, peer institutions, and community partners. Our focus is on promoting the University’s brand, values, and achievements to the broader public.

Requesting Services

To maintain efficiency, a seamless user experience, and to ensure project success, the Marketing Office utilizes TeamDynamix for project requests. This platform/process allow for the streamlining of requests, better collaboration, and reduction of turnaround times. 

Please allow for a minimum two-week turnaround time on projects, although, we strive to exceed expectations.

Important: The Marketing Office manages a long list of services and projects for groups across the University, with many scheduled weeks in advance. To ensure easy accommodation and adequate preparation/production time, we require at least a 14 day courtesy notice for all project deadlines.

Creative Services

We deliver production assistance for University enrollment focused initiatives in the form of graphic design, artistic direction, consultation, and much more, while ensuring all work is aligned with the A&M-Texarkana brand.

Web Services

We implement innovative digital strategies to ensure the A&M-Texarkana website is easy to access, navigate, explore, and maintain a unified web presence across all departments.

Digital Signage

Campus digital displays are available across campus and serve as method of keeping the on-campus community informed of upcoming events and important information.

Note:
- Promotions will run in two week intervals, for no longer than a period of two months.
- Graphics are required to be submitted in 16:9 format (1920px x 1080px) and in .jpg, .jpeg, or .png format.
- Submissions are reviewed prior to addition and are not guaranteed to be displayed.

Brand/Licensing

Brand and licensing involve managing and protecting A&M-Texarkana's identity while allowing others to use it under specific terms. This allows for the expansion of our brand's reach while ensuring it is used consistently and appropriately, preserving its value and reputation.
