Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide a high-quality undergraduate and graduate education in computer science and impart state-of-the-art technical knowledge that prepares students for productive careers in industry, academia, and government.
Program Educational Objectives (PEOs)
PEO 1. Graduates will use computer science principles to identify and solve emerging technological and societal problems.
PEO 2. Graduates who choose to pursue advanced degrees will gain admission to and succeed in graduate programs.
PEO 3. Graduates will engage in life-long learning to adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies needed to respond to a changing world.
PEO 4. Graduates will act professionally per the ethical, global, social, legal, and information security norms and standards.
