How do I access Navigate?

For faculty and staff, Navigate is accessed through the digital backpack by logging in with your staff/faculty credentials (jdoe) and selecting Navigate for Staff from the list of apps. All faculty should have access. If you don’t have access, contact us at navigate@tamut.edu.

What do I have access to?

Faculty can see and take action only on students in their courses and their faculty advising assignments. Deans, chairs, & coordinators can see students in relevant colleges or programs and can also access historical & predictive analytics features. Greater access can be granted on request at navigate@tamut.edu.

I am a Dean, Chair, or Admin - can navigate help?

Navigate has powerful historical analytics for courses, degrees, & colleges, as well as population health & intervention dashboards. These give deans, chairs, & faculty admins the tools to understand their colleges & programs as a whole. Contact us at navigate@tamut.edu and let us know if there is a population you want to track

Is detailed faculty training available?

Self-guided walkthroughs designed for faculty can be found in the link below (login with your faculty credentials). If you wish to setup in-person or virtual training, contact us at navigate@tamut.edu.
