Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Texas A&M University System has entered into an agreement to provide a variety of programs, counseling and resources at no cost to benefits-eligible faculty and staff employees as well as their dependents/household members. 

The EAP can assist with problems such as:

  • stress, depression and anxiety
  • workplace difficulties
  • marital problems, as well as family or parenting conflicts
  • illness and grief issues
  • substance abuse and unhealthy lifestyles

Additional services include:

  • referrals, community resources and work/life services
  • support groups
  • child or eldercare
  • tutors
  • legal assistance
  • interactive online simple will assistance
  • financial assistance 

There are many benefits to using the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).  It’s free, easy to access and confidential.
