Daily Crime Log
This log lists all the crimes reported to A&M Texarkana University Police Department and Campus Security Authorities within the last 60 days. If you would like to see records older than 60 days, please contact the Clery Compliance Officer at 903.334.6875.
Crime Classifications are based on a combination of Texas law and Clery Crime categories as defined by the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act. Crime categories that are notated with an asterisk to show that the Clery Crime category was used in place of the Texas law classification.
Regarding dispositions, the following definitions correspond to the status of a case.
- Open Suspended: The case is opened with all leads having been pursued and awaiting for new leads to develop.
- Active: The case is currently under investigation.
- Closed by Arrest: Criminal charges are being pursued and turned over to the court system.
- Exceptionally Cleared: There is sufficient evidence to pursue criminal charges but charges are not filed due to the following reasons: victim refusal, prosecution declined to pursue, or suspect is deceased.
- Unfounded: A criminal offense is reported but investigation shows that criminal elements have not been met.
- Referred for Disciplinary Action: Complaint was referred to Title IX and/or Student Conduct.
- Information Only: Information provided for awareness. No action taken.

This log lists all the reported fires that occurred in on-campus housing facilities. Fires that occur in other campus buildings are not included in this report. For the purpose of this log, a fire must include a visible flame and does not include instances of smoke without a flame.
