National Student Clearinghouse
The National Student Clearinghouse is a contracted agent of Texas A&M University-Texarkana and an Authorized Certifying School Official for providing certificates of enrollment verification for insurance purposes, military I.D. cards, student loans, etc. This program is offered at no cost through the National Student Clearinghouse in cooperation with Texas A&M University-Texarkana and is accessible 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including holidays, for immediate assistance.
Student Self-Service
Students may perform the following functions through the National Student Clearinghouse Student Self-Service feature:
- Print enrollment certificates
- View enrollment history
- Check enrollment verifications that the Clearinghouse has provided to student service providers on your behalf
- View student loan deferments
- Identify services for your private and FFEL student loans
The National Student Clearinghouse Free Student Self-Service Enrollment Verification Link is accessed via Web for Students. The student's user ID (campus wide ID) and pin number are required.
Follow the steps below to access the enrollment certificates and other information with the National Student Clearinghouse.
- Log into Web for Students using CWID and pin#
- Click on Student tab
- Click on National Student Clearinghouse link (will be re-directed to National Student Clearinghouse website)

Click on National Student Clearinghouse link once more (will be re-directed to National Student Clearinghouse website)
- Select the "current enrollment" or "all enrollment" option and click the "Obtain an enrollment certificate" link to view your enrollment information
IMPORTANT! The National Student Clearinghouse is acting as our agent for providing enrollment verification data to such agencies as third-party verifiers, credit card companies and credit approval agencies.
Texas A&M University-Texarkana securely submits enrollment information electronically to the National Student Clearinghouse on a monthly basis.
